My experience includes:
- Researched and wrote a thesis on African Literature for a BA in English
- Researched and wrote an MA thesis and PhD dissertation in African history
- Wrote and published high school reference book, Enchantment of the World: Malawi, Children’s Press, Chicago, 1990.
- Researched, designed and developed technical documentation for multiple major systems including SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft and Lotus Notes, as well as a variety of in-house systems
- Performed in-depth quality assurance checks on technical documentation to ensure high quality writing and adherence to set standards
